Régia Capital, BB Asset and Ore Investments announce the launch of the offering of ORE Régia FIP de Minerais Críticos, a private equity fund structured to finance, develop and accelerate strategic critical-minerals mining projects in Brazil. The offering was registered in April 2026, officially starting fundraising among professional investors.
The fund is born amid a structural transformation of the global economy. Critical minerals are no longer seen merely as commodities but as strategic inputs for the technologies expected to define economic growth and geopolitical competitiveness in the coming decades, including artificial intelligence, electrification, energy storage, defense, advanced mobility and the energy transition.
