Financing operations must have a minimum volume of R$5 million so that the financing does not leave the company excessively leveraged. In addition, companies must provide real, financial, and/or fiduciary guarantees to qualify for these resources, subject to credit analysis.

The Petrobras Bioeconomy Fund is a joint initiative between Petrobras and Régia Capital, with an initial capital of R$ 100 million. The project aims to transform socio-environmental initiatives into high-impact sustainable businesses, preserving invested capital and reinvesting financial returns to continuously expand the benefits generated.
Main Objectives:
- Support projects in strategic regions for climate action and biodiversity conservation, especially in the Amazon and areas under deforestation pressure.
- Select initiatives that promote local employment and income, the restoration of fauna and flora, and that have the potential to generate carbon or biodiversity credits.
