About the fund
Régia Desenvolve SP FIDC IS do Agronegócio is a closed-end, single-class receivables investment fund (FIDC) managed by Régia Capital in partnership with Desenvolve SP (the São Paulo State Development Agency), which is a quotaholder. The fund finances São Paulo agribusiness companies and their value chains. Assets are selected using financial criteria as well as social, environmental and innovation indicators. As required by its regulations, the fund prepares an annual impact monitoring report for Desenvolve SP.
Objective
Quota appreciation by investing predominantly in agribusiness receivables from the State of São Paulo. The selected receivables must foster climate adaptation and resilience, low-carbon agricultural infrastructure and/or decarbonisation and value addition in São Paulo's agro-industry.
